Angeli has practiced massage therapy and energy healing since over two decades. She is a graduate of the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA where she graduated as massage therapist and health educator. She has worked in chiropractic offices, a world-class resort, and in private practice. Her training includes Swedish, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, Posture Education and Exercise, Myofascial Therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu and acupressure.
Angeli is also a certified in small animal massage. In addition to her work with people, she loves giving dogs and cats acupressure sessions. In her leisure time, Angeli likes hanging out with her three cats, nurturing her soul and spirit by listening to classical and eclectic music, reading poetry and adoring the creative arts. Throughout the year you may also find her walking and hiking the many beautiful trails in and around Bellingham.
Pavlina is passionate about alternative medicine and loves to help her patients improve through massage therapy. Pavlina graduated from the Whatcom Community College Massage Therapy program in 2015. She then expanded her education by attending the Seattle School for Structural Therapy and became a certified Bowen work practitioner and she is constantly adding new CE to her repertoire. Pavlina Ortiz specializes in Bowen therapy and other fascial restorative therapies. She loves educating her patients about fascia and its role in their bodies. Besides massage therapy, Pavlina enjoys running her photography business, which has been her number one love since she was a child. When not with massage or photography clients, you might find Pavlina paddleboarding Lake Whatcom or enjoying the great outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
LuAnn Strom is a graduate of the Whatcom Community College Massage Practitioner program. She specializes in Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Treatment, Sports and Orthopedic Massage. She has specific interest in frozen shoulders, SI joint injuries, and conditions limiting range of motion and pain in the hips. When she is not helping people get well, she enjoys being with her active children whether it's late night workouts or watching them excel in sports.
Rachel is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association in Olympia, WA. She is most passionate about real food education, teaching people how to eat well, and figuring out what their bodies need to thrive. She loves alternative medicine, cooking with local and seasonal foods, sustainable and ethical farming, animal husbandry, and the blossoming field of epigenetics. When she’s not talking or learning about an aspect of nutrition, Rachel can be found spending time with friends or family, exploring the outdoors, watching The Lord of The Rings, browsing Instagram for photos of the Faroe Islands, or dreaming of her next adventure and pricing out airline tickets.
